Your licence

Buying Mimic gives you a personal, non-exclusive licence to use it on up to 2 computers at a time. You can't resell it, share your key, or copy, reverse engineer or redistribute the software.

Using voices lawfully

Mimic can use voice models made by other people. Mimic Audio doesn't make, own or check those models. You are responsible for what you do with them. Each model has its own terms, and copying a real person's voice can need their permission.

Don't use Mimic to impersonate anyone, to deceive people, to harass anyone, or to pass off audio as a real person's performance. Only release or sell work you have the rights to.

Your music

You keep the rights you have in your own recordings. Mimic processes audio on your computer and doesn't claim any rights to it.

Activation

Activating needs the internet once. We can disable a key that's been refunded, shared or used against these terms.

No warranty

Mimic is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, Mimic Audio isn't liable for lost work, lost income or indirect damages, and our total liability is limited to what you paid for Mimic. Nothing here limits rights you have under consumer law.

Purchases

Orders are processed by our reseller, Lemon Squeezy, which handles payment and sales tax.
